Warranty Policy

1. All Products are in original packaging and warranty seal is intact.
2. No Alteration / work performed on the product for fitment.
3. Water Damage is not covered under the warranty.
4. Accident/Theft is not covered under the warrant claim.
5. Warranty starts from the date item is purchased.
6. For items which have been delivered on the address warranty period starts on the delivery date.
7. All Auxppro series fall under 1 Year Replacement warranty unless otherwise specified.
8. All warranty claims will be proceeded upon inspection which will be Accepted/ Rejected under
the provided conditions.
9. In case of claim, warranty will remain under the original warranty period thus no new warranty
will be issued for the replacement.
10. Installation charges are not refundable nor transferable.
11. Items which are faulty will be replaced or repaired under its original functionality as purchased
12. Replacement is only issued to those items which are faulty.
13. Return Policy for all items is 7 Days from the date of purchase, full refund will be issued.
14. Refund will take up to 5 working days from the date it has been accepted.
15. Return is at the expense of the customer, AuxLeds is not liable for any shipping charges.
16. Auxleds is not liable for damage due to improper installation or alteration to the vehicle or item.
